Mikaela Grace
Senior Research Engineer
Mikaela is a specialist in using machine learning techniques for natural language processing tasks. After attending Stanford, where she completed her bachelor’s in Mathematical and Computations Sciences and master's in Theoretical Computer Science, she went on to work for Google. As part of Google’s Speech team, she honed her skills for training and productionizing ML models at massive scale. She went on to lead the machine learning team at a small startup, River, where she built out the ML training and inference infrastructure from scratch, and designed and trained neural network models for a variety of NLP tasks.
